Make Your Mark Plumbing and Sewer Cleaning

We had a problem with the water pressure regulator. My husband tried to fix it after doing alot of research and effort with soldering (and for other reasons with the original install) but after a few days we decided to just get a plumber. I found Mark had some good reviews on the Vernal Info FB page so I called. 2 hours after calling he came over and had it fixed just like that after all that stress! Reasonable rates too. Very happy!

man will charge you 450 dollars to snake your drain and break the tank lid on your toilet while he does it. (In the interest of fairness and transparency he docked 25 dollars off for the broken lid) He will also only partially fix the issue you hire him to fix then when you call him to have him come back and finish he will make two separate appointments and not show up for either without any notification after that he will ignore you and and he will not call you back. He is overpriced he does sloppy work and he is unprofessional save yourself some headache and hire a different plumber EDIT: you got me partially draining hence why I said PARTIALLY fix the issue you were hired to fix. Also I can assure you nothing goes down my drain that shouldnt and being busy doesnt excuse not showing up for 2 appointments without notice. You most definitely did not do a good job.

We had a pipe burst between our house and the road. I called Mark and he ran over to see what was going on. He was able to help us find the leak, order the parts and fix it fast. We also called him when we needed to replace our sewer line. He is always responsive when I call and it is great service and workmanship. I recommend him to everyone I know. The toilet at my business backed up, so I called Mark to come look at it. I was told that my toilet might break when he removes it, and me not having a ton of experience dealing with contractors didnt think twice about that. They did break it when they took it off and didnt even offer to reimburse me for it. Now that Ive found a more trustworthy plumber I know that he should not have done that. I should have been reimbursed for the damage, and that wasnt even where the problem was at in the first place. In the end, Mark was not able to help me which was fine. I had someone more experienced come look at it and had much better luck. I dont think Mark is very knowledgeable. My grandparents also hired him to fix their hot water heater and it was a total disaster. They were waiting on Mark for a long time and it didnt seem like a priority to him. Once again, Mark wasnt able to fix the issue and had to call in someone else that could. Definitely go with CPR Plumbing!

On time, efficient, helpful, and professional. Initially called him to replace garbage disposal. He checked and saw it didn't need to be replaced, saving some $$$. Definitely recommend him.
