Contacted Mr. Tanner at 7am to come look at a hot water heater. He scheduled an appointment at 5pm. I coordinated to leave work early. I confirmed the 5pm appointment at 3:30pm. He never showed, quit replying to texts, and phone calls... still sitting with no hot water and now no one else is open to address my issue

I called about a problem that we have been having and he took the time to ask me questions about the problem, diagnosed it, and told me how I could easily fix it. He could have easily come over here and charge me a service call and did it, but he just helped me through the problem. He is now in my contacts for my future plumbing needs. Such a professional guy. He comes when he says he will and gets the job done. He was available on Saturday when no other plumber in town was available. Thank goodness we could not have survived with the water off until Monday, my mom is disabled.

I should have walked away when the phone was answered with the simple hello instead of with a professional business name. I called and explained my problem and made an appointment. They said they would be at my house at a certain timeThen never showed. I never received a phone call to explain, apologize, or reschedule.
