I will never be ordering from the app again. I placed a pick up order a few weeks ago, the app duplicated my order for both pick up and shipping. Joann doesn't post the Corporate Customer Service phone number anywhere online to help you. I tried to send an email, they didn't cancel my order and still have taken over $50 more than they should of from my bank account. They won't refund me until the order ARRIVES at the store (I couldn't even put in my shipping info due to the glitch) and return the products that I already received. They have pulled multiple payments from my bank account without my permission over multiple days in the last two weeks waiting for everything to be shipped. They also will not refund me until the products show up at the store. I would be okay with waiting if this was my fault, but it's the poor quality of their website and app. I have not been able to pull up any of my orders online either. I'm so frustrated that NO ONE has been able to help me. Joann's has lost a Girl Scout customer. I will be ordering everything from a different store.
