        In store experience is always amazing. Always helpful always smiling. Ordering online and their delivery is absolutely terrible. Orders never arrive on time , it's always a mess trying to get anything online just don't bother. Just go in store for anything needed.

        Went in the store and was greeted by Sara. It was so pleasant. I went in with the intent of using a coupon and found the item I needed. When I got up to the checkout, I saw in fine print that the coupon was only good for online purchases. I pointed it out to Sara who was at the checkout and she said youre right, thats for online purchases but let me help you and Ill help you find a coupon that you can use with your app. Wow.!!!! talk about great customer service skills and making my visit so pleasant it was my fault. I had the wrong coupon but an employee that goes out of her way to help. It is so uncommon to find an employee that will above and beyond, way to go Sara, you are amazing and I will return to Joanns in Clinton just to have that kind of great customer care. Thank you.
