Ms.Misty is an exceptional manager at this Vernal Wells Fargo branch. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from this bank during my recent transaction. It was a very efficient and smooth process from beginning to end. Thank you to the manager and entire staff for their pleasant disposition, professional, reliable, and excellent customer service. The people at this location are fantastic in my experience. I have recently been a victim of card skimming. My card was used to purchase what my guess was a gift card at a store in California. The money was taken out of my account but because the transaction is still considered pending I cannot get help. I have incoming deposits that will not bring my account into the positive and so I cannot even buy gas. The claims department will do nothing until the "pending" charge goes through. I will not be able to buy food or gas because of this and like I said my incoming deposit will just be gone until the claims department decides to step in. This will most likely be the end of my relationship with wells Fargo.

Just came into the branch from Colorado....only Wells Fargo within an hour of my home. Was 14 minutes past closing and they still helped as I was unaware of their new hours. Thank you so much I have always had great experiences here and this only proves how great this branch is.
