When we talked in a gentleman sitting at a cubicle offered us help, we told him we needed something notarized and he told us without being a client and no appointment, he couldnt help us. He sat down and put his headphones in. As we were waiting for our other employer to finish his business Tracy walks over and asks if we need help. She told us sometimes we need appointments since we dont have an acct however since shes not busy, she was more than happy to help us. Ive never had a Wells Fargo acct but if theyre all like Tracy Im going to. She was absolutely exceptional and got us taken care of in the time we waited. 5 stars for Tracy for sure. She was sweet, efficient, & knowledgeable.

Honestly impressed. I came in and they were slammed but I watched them touch base with everyone in line, including me. Heather was a rock star and took the time to answer all of my questions and just went above and beyond in every regard. If you haven't been to this location already, i would recommend it. I was so grateful for my experience here!
