        No complaints about the work, but you guys need to be respectful of my time. I called you over a week ago, I get a call at noon today, while Im out of the building grabbing lunch, from your tech while hes standing in my lobby. No call to let me know hes coming and see if Im available. I had someone let him in, hurried back, and hes gone to get supplies. Said hed be back in an hour. Its been two hours now and no word, no response to my text. Im not sure why service companies think this is ok. Ive worked in the trades, I always called before I showed up, even if an appointment was set. If you want to get paid you need to communicate effectively.

        I have been a professional property manager for years and have high expectations for contractors. American Roofing meets and often exceeds those high standards and expectations. Four things that are very important to me are that the work is completed on time, the job site if safe and clean, fair price with quality materials, and the workers are respectful of the property and tenants. I can honestly say that American Roofing meets all of these requirements and when I needed a new roof on my home, they are exactly who I hired for the job. I highly recommend this company. Take my advise and give Andrew a call, he will take good care of you.

        They replaced the TPO roof on our 21k sq ft commercial building and did a fantastic job. They were on schedule and quick. I have been so impressed with how quickly they have responded to warranty items. 100% recommend

        Great company to work with, easy to schedule and job done sooner than expected. Team delivered shingles day before install and job was completed next day. Crew of three did a great job and new shingles look great. Thanks for a job well done. Just in time for the winter weather. Service: Roof installation

        Just another unreliable roofing company. It took several calls to get someone to actually show up to assess my issue. Said I'd hear back soon with an estimate. But never did. My further calls were ignored. I now recommend Angi. It was a total opposite experience. Service: Roof inspection

      Sam, we are so very sorry to have fallen short of your expectations on this one. We do our best to service repair calls as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the severe weather we've had as of late has made it difficult to stay caught up. Our technicians have been assigned stacks and stacks of repairs with the instruction to get to as many as they can in a day. Although done with the best of intentions, this has also led to them not having much notice themselves as to where they'll be and when they'll be there. The ticket submitted with your repair did not indicate that any advanced notice was required to look at this one, but our office staff may have missed it during their creation of the ticket. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and hope to do better in the future. If there is anything further we can do to help turn this negative experience around for you, please do let us know.
