Knockout Roofing

I had them replace my garage roof a while ago and fix a beam on the roof before hand. When i noticed it i asked the man and he just instructed his mexican worker to nail a 2 x 4 in place of it. The roof was and still is sagging since this was a while ago and I was ill I have no idea why i paid it until it was done correctly. Debra

Not honest company. They have a 1 star with the BBB. They hyper inflate costs and submit invoices $10-15k higher to insurance company, then the mess starts. Every month the insurance don't pay, they add ridiculous late fees. Worst experience ever. My insurance company was going to sue them, don;t know if they did, I dropped them. I ended up paying a lot out of pocket to save my health. Service: Roof installation

In January of 2021 I realized that my roof was leaking into my great room. I called a couple of different companies. Knockout Roofing came out immediately. They put a temporary cover over the area to prevent any additional damage even though I hadn't yet decided who I was going to hire. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but I'm always skeptical of companies that are and never go with the lowest quote anymore. You always pay the price for that. After deciding I was going to hire them they scheduled an appointment for just a week out. They tore out the old roof in just a few hours. They worked until the sun was setting to put the new shingles on before saying they wouldn't be able to finish that day. They were back the next morning at 6 AM to finish the job. My neighbor across the street had his roof replaced the previous summer and those people were working on his roof for almost two weeks. After removing the shingles they easily could have told us part of the roof was water damaged and needed to be replaced. Instead they told us that other than a small section the roof was in surprisingly good shape. I did have to wait for a week for our new gutters but only because I chose a color not readily in stock. They assisted us in finding financing and and were helpful and friendly during the entire process. I honestly only have good things to say about Knockout Roofing.

Terrible company. The guy they sent over to give me a quote was drunk from the night before. I called him a few times to see if he was on his way and I could tell I woke him up. Rude. Quote was way over all the other quotes and based on these reviews I see that is part of their scam.

I guess it's all in the workers sent to the site. I would say ZERO  stars! Our roof leaks the workers used our yard for a toilet which makes me angry ! And now the BBB says they are out of business so they are leaving us hanging along with over charging we got taken!!!!
