Playground is good for about 4+. Has two pickleball courts and a good-sized grass field for kicking/throwing balls or flying a kite

Perfect place to take family Fishing

I have biked here a lot and it's a lot of fun. Especially the moderate hill by thanksgiving point.

Decent small park, but both plastic climbing areas are cracked or broken.

Just a small backyard playground set and a couple of unshaded tables in a townhouse community. It does have nice rubber chips and a shady medium tree. No access to river.
