I went to return a game because I wanted to broaden my horizon of games and try an RPG game, which I have never played. And it's not for me. The guy at the counter was irritated and not very happy I was returning the game and kept asking me questions about the game and why I didn't like it ( like I personally offended him by not liking it) overall, probably would spend my giftcard at another location.

Amazing experience at this shop! Madye went out of her way to make our family feel welcome. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Pokemon. The store had the best selection around. Our expectations for an in store experience were exceeded 100-fold! Our kids had a blast. Best. Gamestop. Ever. Run! (Do not walk) to visit this place and keep your fingers crossed that Madye is there to make your night as well!

Do not make an online order at this location. They will cancel it and you will be out the money for a week! Kyle the store manager doesnt care either. I went in and asked if I could make an online order for in store pick up and the employee said It may let you. So I did and to my surpriseit did let me!!! So I made the order. 20 minutes later, the order was cancelled. I checked my bank and I had been charged. When I called, they told me the policy was one per person. Yet they let me do more online! Kyle didnt care that his employee told me that I may be able to complete the transaction. He just cancelled anyway. Absolute joke. Stop shopping at GameStop and let the stores finally die.
