        I worked one day in BD through Bacon. Even thou I did an excellent performance they rated me poorly without any valid reason. There are some workers who just hate Spanish speakers. I felt denigrated and offended by the way they approached me concerning the language. Which didn't cause absolutely any impact or problem in understanding the given assignments. One of these two guys implied that I was yelling at a female worker with the word "mamita" which obviously was something he made up with the intention to send me home early. It is ridiculous to request perfect English speakers when the job needed in the warehouse only requires to understand basic instructions, and read not more than five words ( which are Brand names mainly).
