        We ordered a mattress a week ago and had it shipped to Layton store because we live in layton. When we went to pick it up at 5:00, we were told that there was a miscommunication and they thought we were going to have to pick it up in salt lake. I asked for gas money but they thought I was kidding. I called the warehouse to tell them we were on our way to make sure they weren't going to close at 6:00 and we're told that if we get there by 6:00 they'll be happy to help us. Didn't seem to care enough to wait while we took the time and gas to accommodate their screw up.
