Do not make an online order at this location. They will cancel it and you will be out the money for a week! Kyle the store manager doesnt care either. I went in and asked if I could make an online order for in store pick up and the employee said It may let you. So I did and to my surpriseit did let me!!! So I made the order. 20 minutes later, the order was cancelled. I checked my bank and I had been charged. When I called, they told me the policy was one per person. Yet they let me do more online! Kyle didnt care that his employee told me that I may be able to complete the transaction. He just cancelled anyway. Absolute joke. Stop shopping at GameStop and let the store die finally.

I had a good interaction here today. My preorder of a game at Best Buy had fallen through as they oversold. I was able to reserve the final copy here and it was ready for pickup within an hour. Employees were super friendly and knowledgeable.
