The Cheesecake Factory

Very pretty, weird layout. First time here. Waited an hour plus for a table, ok. Wayyy to expensive, first off. Burger was good, much like Red Robin. Bread was good also. This place is too pricey but for no reason, over 60$ for 2 burgers?..I wasn't wowed. I don't get the hype. Feel bad for the servers with all the snotty types eating here though.

This location is really a hit or miss. We order takeout for lunch often and its usually never ready at the time they say it will be; not even when we arrive 10-15 minutes after the quoted time. Servers avoid eye contact like the plague when were there to pick up the food so we end up standing around for a while before someone asks for our name. Sometimes the food is SO salty, other times its not. its tough to anticipate what youll get.

My experience at this Cheese Factory during a volleyball tournament intermission was incredibly disappointing. Despite our simple request for bread and drinks, the bartender made it clear that unless we ordered food, we were limited to two drinks. This policy was confusing and seemed unnecessary, especially during a busy event. The bartender's attitude was also unwelcoming, as if we were inconveniencing him by being there. Overall, the combination of poor service and unfriendly staff made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this cheese factory for anyone looking for a pleasant outing during game time.

Food was bland and watery. The steak was so overdone. Probably the worsr Cheesecake Factory I've ever been to. So over-priced.
