        Our Chrysler Pacifica stopped accelerating on the freeway today, and we slowly pulled over and got on surface streets. We were relieved to see the Chrysler dealership right near the exit and we coasted into their parking lot. Sounds miraculous, right? It may have been if anyone would have been interested in helping us. We went into their service department and explained the scary experience and the error code we received. They guy couldn't have cared less, and seemed pained to even be interacting with us. He said it would be at least a week before he could even run a diagnostic. Seriously? We're in your parking lot right now with a car that we can't drive (with only 20,000 miles on it btw) and you can do literally nothing for us? Not even engage in a conversation? I guess this isn't the shop to visit, especially in an emergency.

        Went in and talked to one of the sales people, I believe his name was Danny. He helped out with showing us a couple vehicles we were interested in, and even though we decided to wait and talk it over at no time did we feel like he was upset or mad that we passed at this time. He made me feel like I was a person and not just a number, haven't had a sales person like that in a long time and we loved it. Just feel bad that we decided to not buy, but really enjoyed the experience! We just want to thank him again for taking the time, we really appreciate it.

        Called in to schedule a recall issued by Jeep. Was informed that they don't schedule recalls on Saturday and the last appointment they take during the week is 1:45pm. I hope y'all go bankrupt in this recession. I ended up scheduling an appointment with Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT. They have much better service hours and weren't a jerk about it.
