Run!! If you are at risk of doing business with this company my advice would be save yourself a huge headache and a fair amount of money! Never in my life have I delt with such petty and unprofessional people, mainly Savannah Cracraft who seems to have made it her mission to squeeze every penny out of people even young families such as ours with 4 kids 7 urs old and under. I'm all for holding people accountable but a boundary was crossed and customer service went out the window in my opinion in our situation. To add insult to injury after moving out (which the reason for doing so was because they were raising our rent) we learned by someone directly involved with this situation telling me that they wanted to raise the rent on us but that they were told not to by the owner, the owner who by the way were above and beyond pleasant people to meet and to do business with, but they went ahead and were going to do so anyway. No hard feelings though on to bigger and better things for us! *Savannah has, since the writing of this review, reached out with hat in hand apologizing but also demanding me to revise my review to include no details of our residency and by so doing would wave additional fees so that is what I have done to the best of my ability*
