Northpoint Asset Management

I hesitated giving this review until my son gets his deposit back until I consulted an attorney. My son lived at one of their managed properties for 3.5 years. It was a townhome with a shared wall. Over a year ago a woman rented the other side. She never lived there but let her 16 year old daughter and 19-year-old son lived there instead well my son complained about the noise they had parties constantly and it gets better than that and he notified North point they did nothing oh wait they asked my son to get a police report like it's his responsibility! Then recently a police officer knocked on the door because there were five police cars in the front yard of the property next door they asked him to evacuate I happened to be there at the time we had to evacuate and go stay in a motel because the 19-year-old boy next door was in a gang and it accidentally I don't know if it was accidentally they said friendly fire his fellow gang member and killed him also they had brought someone to the property and pistol whipped him inside the exterior of the property looked horrible for over a year the police knocked down the front door for one and the garbage in the carport last summer they wouldn't move their part of the lawn and they threw garbage out the back balcony and it blew into my son yard all the time and this property management company does nothing the neighbor got a hold of the owners a month later and they knew nothing about what went on there my son had to move because his life was in danger the police actually told him to stay away from the common wall bullets were shot another time recently at 2:30 in the morning I had spent the night there and we were awakened by bullets they were shooting inside the property this management company is probably the worst I've ever seen I come from a real estate background and I have never seen a worse property Management company you know what if they really did inspect their property to like their web page says they would have noticed the messed up blinds in the front window of that house they would have noticed their their backyard grass all the way up to your chest last Summer and to ask the other tenant to get the police report are you are you kidding me. Then when all this really bad drama with the police is going on my son had just barely paid rent and you decided that his life was endangered too much and he couldn't sleep he was stressed out he just paid rent they would not refund his rent after what they had done to him so he ended up having to play rented two different places to deposit and North point is deposit back and that place was immaculate I have photos to prove it I'm going to post a picture of the property next door and you tell me if those people manage the property well

Code lockbox did not work 2 days in a row for one of their managed properties. Huge waste of time. They are also happy to take their "I will ghost your application" fee. Zero communication.

Justice is hands down the best property manager that I have ever had. He has kept my property full since the day he took over. I couldn't be happier!!!

Justice is very helpful in improving our hosing situation! Very respectful and professional as well! He even made specific special accommodations for me specifically 10/10 recommend!!
