Dr West is a fantastic doctor, extremely knowledgeable and personable, I couldnt recommend him any higher! The facility is very nicely organized and well kept.

Dr. West, Yani and his whole staff go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Dr. West listens, doesnt make you feel judged or like your questions are stupid, and is able to explain complex medical concepts in simple ways that make sense and help you feel empowered to make your own healthcare choices.

Dr. West is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have been to soooo many doctors. He is cool too and gives really great advice. He is so smart and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I feel heard, I feel important and so cared for by being a patient of his. Literally had to stop in the bathroom on my way out and knelt down in the stall and said a prayer of, Thank you thank you thank you for Dr. West. (Also thank you to the building for having amazingly clean bathrooms haha) But I am also just so impressed with the SLC Intermountain clinic. I was sent (by Google maps) to the wrong location when I put in their address (which is also a hospital nearby so I didnt know I was in the wrong place for awhile). I was in such a state of distress realizing how late I would now be to my appointment. I was a little snappy on the phone when I called them to tell them what happened. Despite my sour attitude, the person on the phone was so nice and validating. She calmed me right down with her kindness and let me know I could come to my appointment still and sincerely wanted to help me find the correct location. Thank you so much for her. Dr. Wests nurse Yami (so sorry if I got her name wrong) is so dang awesome too. She was so nice and gave me vibes like she was my new best friend and truly cared about me and my wellbeing on such a genuine level. Thank you for her, too. Top it all off, that Im walking out of my appointment to see such a beautiful view of SLC from the beautiful big windows.. literally got tears of joy because Ive never had a doctors appointment give me so much hope before. I felt the biggest sigh of relief that I have found Dr. West and Intermountain Health Cares beautiful SLC facility and team. After years of bouncing around for the right care for me, I feel like Im home now. Thank you so much.
