        I wish all doctors were like Dr Tiem. She is bright and caring. My problem with IHC has always been the staff. I had cataract surgery at their Avenues surgical Center because they eroniously told me my insurance was in-network with them. I paid them what I would have owed with in network coverage. They threatened to ruin my credit and sue me if I did not pay the out of network portion.
