Wish there were 6 stars! Our experience with Kristin from start to finish was incredible! She met all of our needs and was very dependable - that was the minimum. She was VERY accessible and responsive, and she is/was an AMAZING advocate for us. Feels like she became part of our family! Super knowledgeable, and thought of things during walkthroughs, etc. that we never would have thought of. Niche Homes in general was also great, and the resources Kristin referred us to (lending, etc.) were also just amazing. We would (and already have) refer her to ANYONE enthusiastically!

Kristin is a great realtor! Not only does she creatively solve problems, but she is an expert negotiator. Her ability to successfully navigate a transaction is unmatched. We have used Kristin three separate times (two sales, one purchase) because she brings so much value to a transaction. I cannot speak highly enough of her work ethic, attention to detail, and thoughtful real estate guidance. Highly recommend.
