        The smallest regular size Jimmy Johns sandwich Ive ever seen. Hardly any lettuce. 2 small slices of tomato that didnt even cover 1/3 of the sandwich, 2 slices of ham and one slice of cheese on the entire sandwich. Wont be back and this is our regular store!

        Buyer beware! If you get delivery from this restaurant do not order a larger drink as they'll give you a smaller bottle anyway.

        Their parking was full so I parked in the shopping area behind the store. Went inside for 60 seconds to grab my sandwhich. Came outside and some company called Parking Solution booted my card and exorted me for 75$ under threat of having my car towed to a yard and impounded. I will never eat here again.

      We're sorry to hear that this happened with your order Autumn! Fountain drinks aren't supposed to be available for purchase online since our delivery bikers don't have a good way to transport them. We aren't sure why they were there as an option or why our team wouldn't have called when they noticed it come through our system, but we are so sorry for the confusion, that's frustrating! We have reached out to the team in charge of our app to get this fixed so that customers don't order one thing and receive something different. We will also make sure the team in-store does a better job at communicating with customers if/when technical issues like this happen in the future. Thank you for letting us know about this!

      We are so sorry to hear that this happened to you Shaun! The situation with Parking Solutions is a really frustrating one and we hate the way that they pray on our customers! Since we aren't affiliated with them and we have no say in what our neighbors do with their parking lot, there's not a lot we can do besides try to warn our customers not to park in that lot by putting up a bunch of signs, but we know that not everybody is going to notice them which is troubling! Because we know parking is tough in this area, we have made it a major priority to keep our drive-thru line fast at all times so customers won't have to worry about parking. We hope you'll give us another chance sometime so we can help you via drive-thru and make sure your experience is a better one!
