        Had an amazing experience here! Took in an ancient style of flip phone, (having not the slightest clue of where to begin with it), and the staff was phenomenal in helping us bring the old thing to life!^o^ (In specific "Willem" was super helpful!) thanks for your work guys! :)

        3 clock on a Saturday, only 2 people working to assist 10 people on a supposed flagship store ? Not sure why anyone would come here, I should have went elsewhere. Kenneth saved it from being a 2 star to 4.5 stars.

        I used go to the Midvale location were we originally opened our service with T-Mobile but staff wasnt very helpful ,near my home I saw a closer location which is the Sugarhouse location we went make a payment and get info on possibly getting my husbands phone upgraded we were greeted by Juan Ramirez he was very informative and was very helpful he went above and beyond on every question I had he found us a solution was very impressed by the service and we will definitely make this our go to location shout out to Juan for the amazing service !!!
