        I swear the staff there was absolutely amazing, last week I came to that store and about to by the iPhone 14 so I ordered it first before I buy it 1 hour, but then some I could not buy anymore because of my mistakes, I was crying at their store cuz I just felt like I annoying them but their are too kind, there is a girl who hug me and wipe my tears I felt so nice and happy. She is very nice she said she would keep it in the stock until I come back and buy. I just want to say that their are one of the best T-mobile with an amazing staff!

        I visited the T-Mobile SLC City Creek store to transfer a business number to a personal line. I had all the information, but the service rep at City Creek was unable to do it. I contacted the Kaysville TMobile store and was told that they were too busy to help me, but recommended I go to the Layton store. So I traveled to this Layton TMobile store. I walked in and talked to Ahlea who completed the task within about 10 minutes. I complement her on her expertise and knowledge of T-Mobile phones!!! What relief to get this completed! Thanks Ahlea!

        They talk to you like youre stupid and just keep repeating themselves when you tell them yes I understand. But do you have xxx? They just repeat their statement about something a totally different topicdefinitely will NOT be returning to this location.
