From my first contact through the end of a fairly long first appointment I was treated very well by everyone I had contact with. All staff members were knowledgeable, professional and seemed to care about meeting my needs and providing quality service. Dr. Mangelson was very thorough, gentle, and made me feel comfortable and valued. He is obviously excellent in his field, but took care to explain everything and get my input at each step, patiently addressing each of my questions and concerns. I can't recommend him highly enough. Contrary to common fears about dental appointments, I look forward to continuing involvement with "my treatment team".
