Words cant express how impressed and grateful I am for Dr. Dallas Diels service and attending Doctors at the university of Utah School of dentistry for going the extra mile in their jobs. Having finished a treatment on the front teeth, that lasted almost a year, Dr. Dallas demonstrated his exceptional knowledge and experience. He took care of every detail, ensuring that the result of the treatment would be one that I was happy with. What I really appreciated was that he made sure that I knew what he was doing each step of the process. Congratulations Dr. Dallas and thank you for your excellent job, served with a smile. Will be recommending the university of Utah School of dentistry .

Students have wrecked my mouth. Marisa, who was graduating was being impatient with my tooth and cracked it while working on it and said it would be okay. A day later, the tooth she worked on cracked and fell out. I was leaving to see family so I couldn't go in right away. Then billing told me I owed them, because she forgot I paid and billed me. I gave them my receipts and showed them my bank statement proving I paid and they still sent the bill in for collections. I tried to go into the new student doctor I was assigned and they wouldn't let me saying I still owe them. That student sent into my records that I missed my appointment without cancelling. It has been a nightmare. Now I have a tooth abscess and need help. I can't afford this.

Needed to teeth pulled, one with a serious infection. They said they had time to get me in. Drove 30 miles,checked in and started paperwork, just to get told they only do 6 emergency visits and I was 7th. Could not make an appointment for sure that they would have to see me excuse was first come first serve. Wast of gas, time.will never returned again. They apparently don't care.

This place is a joke, they have screwed me out of getting teeth. The staff are completely useless in my opinion and no help to anyone except for their own pockets. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy on a good day. If you are thinking of going somewhere to get anything dental done anywhere would be better than the U of U school of Dentistry.
