Jonathan G. Campbell, DDS - Implants Dentist

My first appointment after my dentist retired. I was impressed with the care that I received, but then I got a bill for x-rays that was supposed to be covered by insurance. When I called the office to have the bill explained they told me that it was a mistake on their part and not to worry about it. I kept getting bills stating overdue. I kept calling and was told that they would take care of it and it was a mistake. I finally got a notice that they were taking me to court and was directed to a collection agency. I made many, many calls to straighten this out, but to deaf ears obviously. Good dentist, incompetent office staff. I told them that they had lost me as a patient and to take me off their computer. I still got a notice that I had an appointment. I rated them as one star because there is no way to rate them as zero stars. Dr Campbell, get a new office staff, They don't know what they are doing.

Could not be happier with the dentist and staff at Legacy Dental. They are friendly, and always willing to work with my schedule. Dr. Campbell does the best work, bar none. I love my teeth.

LOVE Legacy Dental!!! I started going there because they had convenient evening appointment hours, but I keep going there because of their level of professionalism and the friendly staff! I never feel judged and I am always so happy with the work Dr. Campbell does!!
