I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gateway Dental Arts for 12 veneers a very pricey procedure, and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care and service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience surpassed my expectations, leaving me completely satisfied. I am so thrilled I chose them! First and foremost, I must commend the skilled, talented, and confident Dr. Austin at Gateway Dental Arts. His expertise and precision during the procedure were truly remarkable. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Austin and his staff. I went in to get a few teeth looked at that were bothering me. Turns out I had issues from previous work done elsewhere that were causing pain and new issues from worn out enamel on my upper teeth. We decided to fix everything at once and even improve my smile with veneers across the top. Wow, they look and feel great now! I read some reviews here that said he "upsells", but in my case I don't feel there was any dishonesty with his work. There was no pressure and he laid out the options clearly to let me decide. Instead of bare minimum 'fixes", I chose the more expensive option and like most things, you get what you pay for. As for his staff, they were always very helpful and nice. They did a great job making me feel comfortable during my multiple visits and they were very patient with me even when I had an issue with my insurance. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I went in asking for an extraction. He sold me on a crown. That failed so he did a root canal. New crown fell off and they tried to tell me they used temporary cement on my perm in any crown ( what if I swallowed it ?!?). Lost trust and went to a new dentist. They found infection in my jaw and extracted that tooth. They up sell. They arent honest and make excuses when things dont work, even when it s not their fault. Most expensive tooth in my face is now missing. But he does give you tons of pain meds if thats what you want.

I got implants in 2017 since then problem after problem, 15 thousand dollars. I should have done my research and went to a professional that cares, I have to live with this the rest of my life he doesn't. So if your thinking about getting implants please do your homework or you will be regretting it like me. My bottom post came out and he just said he doesn't want to fix it there so he recommended me to his son, who is a dentist. I went a different route and found some pros.

We went to Dr. Austin for a complete mouth of implants for a family member -- All-on-4. We had some hiccups along the way, as the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021 caused issues with the lab that creates the teeth (lay-offs). The extraction was done by Dr. Austin's son, he is a good, caring doctor. The fit of the teeth was a bit problematic at the start and one tooth popped out eventually (felt too tight). Then a front tooth came out! We had to return to Dr. Austin. His office arranged for new lab technicians to be there to fix up the teeth. They did a good job and the fit is better. Dr. Austin explained the teeth are like a high-end sports car and regular maintenance is required. The family member is very happy with the result now. We will be returning for that regular maintenance. We are happy that Dr. Austin and his office is dedicated to a good result for his patient. Now the family member says they sometimes forget that they have implants - that's the highest praise.
