If youre going to charge 18% gratuity make sure peoples drinks are full and your customer service is on point. Food was ok. Doughnuts tasted old. Frys were cold had to wait 15-20 minutes for new frys

They added at 18% hospitality fee at the check stand on top of the fairly high prices. That made me assume that I would get great service. Our food was delivered. No one ever checked on us and we sat with empty drinks and water. The person at the table next to us asked for a coffee refill and they said they didnt do that. im for high wages and higher food prices at restaurants but this place the employees just kind of didnt care.
