Beans & Brews Coffeehouse (inside terminal)

came here for drip coffee. Girl looked at me like I was a burden. The dude she was working with acted equally annoyed. The drip we got did not taste good. I recommend Millcreek or Starbucks instead.

Went here instead of going to my norm (Sbux). Pro (highlight): The girl taking my order was very friendly. Cons: 1) Stale "everything" bagel (or just very hard to chew). Also, there was hardly any egg in the sandwich leaving me still hungry. 2) Large mocha was not large (way too much depth between surface of coffee and lid. 3) The dude needs to yell out the person's name when an order is ready! Please improve upon these items if you want people to return! Thanks. Updated on 2/27/2024: Adjusted my score from 2 to 3 stars. Thanks for your response! I will give you another shot when I am back. :)

What is wrong with this place? Wish I would have read the reviews before buying. This is awful. I looked into my sandwich too late, I was already on plane and so hangry I ate it. It was supposed to be a Turkey Pesto Panini, if you have ever had one from StarbucksI mean you know
