        Been coming to this branch for years. I get paid via Us bank checks. Theyve always been able to make the funds available immediately. But last 2 times Ive gone the tellers has told me we cant do that. Its standard 2-3 business days. Its a US BANK check going into a US Bank account. The tellers arent properly trained. Drove over to midvale branch. They did it in 2 minutes. No questions asked.

        I'm a customer of 7 years and have had multiple business accounts and credit cards with US bank in the past. When I went in today to withdraw money to buy and inexpensive car, the guy was an absolute jerk and would not let me have access to my own funds. I was using the same identification I have used the whole time I've been a customer at this bank, though he said it was insufficient. He raised his voice against me like I had done something wrong and was very unprofessional. Avoid this location like the plague.
