Dont even bother going by. Their open house sign is on, saying open and Ive been by five times during business hours and theyve never been open once.

Update: changing to 3 stars. Bought a washer and dryer that they insisted were brand new, maybe used once? But upon my inspection of the washer, not only was the drain pipe coated in a years worth of gunk, with minor wear and tear elsewhere, but also there was a large hole in the drain pipe that luckily I was able to stuff down deep enough that it didnt matter. Fortunately the units work fine but Im just upset that they sold them to us at a price point only deserving of a like new state. Called to complain about it and they stuck with their story and wouldnt budge on the price. Inspect your purchase CAREFULLY if you choose to buy from them. Bargain if something seems overpriced. Also, they arent always there when theyre supposed to be open. Call before driving there.
Original review: Found a steal of a deal on a basic fridge for the basement storage room. Very helpful and friendly staff, they also delivered and switched the handles for us.

We got a new top washer from the appliance outlet yesterday and it was a great experience! Luis was awesome and we found just what we needed. He even delivered the same day! Will definitely come back next time I need a new appliance!

Have tried going here twice in the last week during business hours and the Open sign is on but lights off and door locked.
