Been coming here for years but the customer service lately is lacking. Our old vacuum died that we had purchased at Smith Crowne years ago. We purchased a new Miele. The sales person did not give us a receipt, said he'd order the carpet attachment, we've checked back twice over the last 6 months and neither have happened. He was also pretty rude when we had a question. It's just not the same place that it used to be. I'd shop elsewhere.

Smith-Crown is an outstanding place to shop. They sell excellent equipment...vacuums, air filters, appliances, and more. The staff is especially helpful and the service on your purchases is perfectly wonderful! I bought my Dyson vacuum and my IQ air filter there. Mike was beyond helpful with assistance to change the filters even several years after I had the equipment. Carol

The customer service is amazing! They needed a different part for a recent repair and texted me because it would cost a couple of dollars more. They service my vacuums every 10 years and they are still going strong. They carry things to your car and the work is done so quickly! You dont find this anymore!
