Staff was both friendly and helpful. Never had to wait when discussing any issue with either Olivia (Front office) or Brandon (Facilities manager). I could not have hoped for better.

Overall my experience here was very good! The building is nice and the apartments are high quality. The manager Olivia and maintenance are also very helpful and quick to attend to anything you bring to them. My only complaint was another building was built while I was living here right next to my window and I couldn't really see outside. I can't hold that against the building though. But if you are looking at living here I'd avoid the north side of the building unless you like living in cave.

The carpet was completely covered in inches of visible dark hair when I moved in. I asked them to rewash the carpet even though it obviously hadnt been washed. They sent someone who angrily soaked the carpet in chemicals and left without actually vacuuming anything up. So I waited for it to dry for 2 days, with all my stuff and my dog piled in the living room, and then just vacuumed it myself. This was the trend of all interactions in the few months I could stand to keep living here. Do yourself a huge favor and live literally anywhere else (probably best to avoid all Greystar properties)

Have been living at Quattro for almost a year now and super happy with it. The location is extremely convenient and the staff is very helpful. Any issue with the apartment is resolved quickly and the process is seamless. The social events hosted by the building are a great way to meet new people and make friends here. Lastly, you can't beat the views of majestic mountains and downtown from the apartment.
