This site is manipulative. Read article on kSL key word legacy towing. Fortunately there are some good law makers trying to make this despicable greedy act. Illegal. Destroys hard working families who pay their rent on time. This apartment complex needs to be exposed. They don't deserve 1 star. Read article "UTAH LAW MAKERS DEBATE WHO CAN TOW CARS AND LEARN WHAT EVIL WAS DONE OVER THIS GREEDY LOW DOWN ACT!

I thought this was a great place and management and recently gave them 5 stars but turns out they are evil greedy. Times are tough and cost of living is through the roof. I have been working 7 days a week 8-14hr M-S and 3-8 Sunday. Just lost my grandchild and been really trying to help daughter. I landed a job in Heber and stood to make 5000.00 this week for laying down redwood on 1400sq of deck 4$ a sq'. Finally got the break I needed to save my and my daughter's apartments
I walk out side 5:30 Am truck is gone. I thought it was stolen finally after frantically calling I find out it was IMPOUNDED FOR EXPIRED REGISTRATION ONLY! was insured was daily driver and they took it because I just had not had time or money to get engine light off. It's a diesel worth 14,000.00 actually mechanically 18,000.00 to replace but to sell 14,000.00. so today I lost my job and my truck and end of month my apartment. And I've given up. And since it's costed me everything. Only one way I can think of to possibly help anyone else from being victimized by rich greedy evil people like this.
I'm sure they get a nice kick down from LEGACY TOWING! WHO IS IN THE PAPER FOR DOING THIS VERY THING RIGHT NOW. the even took a mom's vehicle for such a small matter while her child was dying. Google it. Makes me sick how these people so far and rich will destroy a person for what is a few grains of sand on their endless beach.
When ya got nothing ya got nothing to lose Cobble Creek I'm not a man you meet every day. This kind of low down theft lawmakers are currently trying to outlaw but the families they destroy and harm and pain they cause when they could simply leave a note or even a ticket time someone makes it clear how that garden grows.

Do not move here. Nothing works and everything they tell you is a lie. The gate isn't going to be fixed and has been broken for years, pool and hot tub are locked and broken, laundry room has less than 10% of machines working and smells like mold.

Do NOT move into this place!!! This is a dog & duck poop dump with management on top of you in your business ever l moment you leave the confines of your unit ! Dealing with the terrible management just trying to move into this place was a total nightmare in itself. Then you live here and everywhere you walk on the sidewalks and every little patch of lawn the are massive piles of rotting dog poop everywhere. It is totally disgusting and unsanitary. Should you have any issue at all while living here management will not work with you and looks to charge you extra fees everywhere they can. Management will be following you around spying on you like youre in some sort of controlled camp. There is absolutely no privacy or respect! Upon completion of your lease even though you are the best tenant and always pay your rent on time they will still raise your rent price double if you wanted to stay. Stay away from this place!!! Save yourself a lot of headache and rent somewhere else.
