        Woken up every morning at 6:30 am or 7 am to loud banging, honking, construction as if neighboring buildings dont matter .

        Wake up to jackhammering and loud bangs starting at 7 AM every morning from the neighboring apartment. I understand noise ordinance allows this. Whats extremely annoying is the fact that all the loud work stops around 11 AM. During the summer, I understand how this work may need to get done before the day gets too hot, however its November now and theres no reason. This place is a complete nuisance.
