I feel like a lot of these negative reviews are from people who dont understand the concept of time and patience. Yes, these are genuine concerns that get addressed and solved in a realistic timely manner. I think sometimes people forget that the team is running two buildings and each building has x amount of tenants. You are not the only tenant that has issues and such patience should be practiced. The old management team (Alicia, etc.) made such a big mess that the current team is still cleaning up to this day. The new team, Susan, Haylee, Jim etc. have always gone above and beyond to solve my concerns and issues with stolen packages, apartment issues, etc. they are always smiling and working late to resolve these issues. I could not be more grateful that we have a new management team that actually responds and goes above and beyond to both tenants of AVIA and Mya. Regarding the stolen packages, management has posted signs, enabled an option in the ButterflyMX app to give your delivery driver a code to input, etc. they can only do so much, at that point its up to you to update your delivery details and then up to the delivery driver to read it. Either that or have it shipped to a more trusted place. The unit and amenities itself are nice. I loved my little studio and the gym and common room. The location cannot be beat with tons of food, restaurants, gym/spin studios etc. now we have the local opening up soon, this location is paradise. Susan and team have done an outstanding job at getting rid of the shady tenants and have done as much as they can to mitigate the issues that people are complaining about. They always go above and beyond whenever I reach out with questions or issues. They always get it resolved in a timely manner, etc. I couldnt be more grateful for this team.
