My personal experience living here has been a solid 5 stars. Maddie is the best, she always gets back to you in a timely manner and she is always in a great mood. No problems arose with the apartment and no complaints here.

I love living here! The building is very nice and well maintained. The building's manager, Maddie, is literally the reason I renewed my lease here. She is so incredibly helpful and attentive the building would fall apart without her. Maddie is the reason this is not just an apartment building, but a home

A great place to live! Close to both the blue and green line trax stations, the gateway, and a bus stop. A 20 minute walk away from city creek and regent street as well. Maddie is also incredibly kind and helpful :)

We love the facilities, community, and location of Pierpont. Our property manager, Maddie, is amazing. She is responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist in making our life here comfortable. We are extending our lease for sure. We feel as though we have made the right decision when relocating to SLC - allowing Maddie and the Pierpont team to help us acclimate to this great city was definitely our best move.

I could say so many nice things about the Pierpont! My apartment is so cute and nice, I absolutely love it. My view of downtown is beautiful and the shops and restaurants within walking distance are amazing. The amenities are fantastic, there is a dog bath, Internet lounge, gym, bike storage, hot tub, fire pit, and decked out entertainment room. This is my first time living downtown and Im so happy I chose the Pierpont. However, there is one thing that makes this place special, Maddie. Maddie is the manager here and she was the reason I chose this place. All the reviews mention how wonderful she is and thats for good reason. Maddie is super professional and very knowledgeable but it is her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make this place feel like home, and that makes her the best part of the Pierpont. I highly recommend stopping by to let Maddie show you around and make you feel at home at the Pierpont.
