        If I could give 0 I would. Expect surprise late notices due to the lazy bad manager. Bed bugs and pests that will make you itch crazy. Crazy late fees. The renovations take a week and you won't be surprised by how bad it is. Moved out asap and got charged over 5k. Stupid. Go to court if this your case. Please look at other people's review on this slump apartment on other apartment sites. They'll tell you themselves

        We went for touring and didnt end up renting the place but the Manager was super nice and professional. The rent is pretty reasonable for such a great location.
