        If it was possible to give 0 star.Very dirty, especially the elevator and the parking, smells very bad. Be aware there is no camera on the building, my car was stolen during the night when it was parked inside the parking lot, and the worst thing is that they put camera surveillance stickers inside the building but no camra only stickers.

        I love it here at HiGrade Apartments. From the old Manager Melinda to the New Manager Jwan, they are always going above and beyond to make it an enjoyable, stress free, safe place to live. Thank you for being available and fulfilling my needs. You are truly amazing!! I cannot forget to mention Jake the one and only Jake. You were always there when I needed a fix it, the grounds were always immaculate, thanks for all you do and you are truly missed by ALL! Thanks again!!
