The front office staff is great, they have always been helpful and attentive and are one of the big pluses of living here. The building is nice and centrally located, that said, there has been a lot of rent increases that have made the apartment as overpriced relative to other offerings downtown, but the staff still makes this a great environment.

Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to live in a central location with easy access to restaurants, bars, movie theaters and other venues. The best part is the onsite property management. They have been responsive, helpful and considerate. I can't really say enough good things about Lorena. She has been incredibly helpful. Once she went above any reasonable expectation and helped me with an issue by getting involved personally and providing valuable resources. Her and the rest of the onsite staff have always been a pleasure to interact with. The only reason I don't leave a 5 star is mostly for things outside of their control: inflation and the significant number of people near by experiencing homelessness. That said, I have never been harassed or bothered by an unhoused person in the 3 years I have lived here.

Lovely management crew. Special thanks to Lorena for always answering my questions promptly and thoughtfully. She is a hardworking staff and definitely deserves more salary. Unlike other poorly maintained apartments that I heard about from my friends, it was super clean when I first moved in. Large windows, a lot of natural light, high water pressure, and superb accessibility make this complex more adorable. THIS IS A PLACE YOU WANNA LIVE!

One of the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived in. Spacious, clean, well-maintained. You need your key fob to use the elevator, stairs and open any door in the complex adding an extra sense of security. The parking garage is super secure, located under the building itself also required a key fob to access, away from any passer bys. They just added a complimentary touch-screen coffee machine near the gym which everyone including myself seems to love. It feels like youre in a hotel all the time. Lorena the property manager is wonderful, she genuinely cares and remembers everyone by name and is extremely helpful. There wasnt any rug in my unit so it was extremely easy to clean. The only negative about this property is the constant 5 mile-long freight trains that go by. They go by every half hour or so and because the property is next to a curving portion of the train tracks, you hear the scraping of train wheels against the rails throughout the night (they go allllll night). Luckily the air conditionings fan is loud and drowns out most of the train noise. Even so, thats not enough to bump this review down one star. For the price, it doesnt get better than this. The location right across the street from the gateway mall is second-to-none. You have a small grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away. Access to the trax street cars is less than a 5 minute walk so getting to Main Street downtown is quick. Just a wonderful place!

This is the best managed apartment complex I've lived in. Maintenance problems are far and few between, but are always handled promptly. The common areas are always meticulously clean. The office managers are lovely people that deftly handle every issue. Every month they have some kind of small event, usually including food. This week is resident appreciation week, and boy do I feel flattered! I can't express enough how much I love living here.Update: Coming into my fourth year living at this complex, and I still love living here. They always take care of issues quickly and effectively. They have done little things over time to improve the common areas (most recently installing motion-sensor light switches and odor control units in the garbage chute areas. Such a small thing, but so helpful!!) Our rent has never raised an outrageous amount either. Even with the recent huge rent hikes in our area. Lorena is always kind, courteous, and helpful. I always feel like I can address any questions or issues with the office! I hope to continue living here for years to come!
