Riverfront Apartments

The management is great, and the apartments are nice and big and beautiful. The matainence team is great and quick too

Riverfront is by far the best Apartment Complex we have lived at. Kendalyn in the front office is amazing and she is the reason my family were able to get out of a horrible living situation and into a beautiful place we call home. Everyone here at Riverfront from the Manager, to the Maintenance Man are so polite and always greet us when they see us out around the complex. They make sure the grounds are kept clean and me and my family really enjoy the Resident Activities they do for all thier residents. The Pool is amazing in the Summer and very well maintained as well as the Jacuzzi. I just renewed my lease after living here for the past year and am so Thankful me and my Family can call Riverfront our home.

Lived here only briefly as we left out contract early due to how much we disliked it. There is constantly dog poop on the grounds, repairs were not upkept in the gym, and the walls are extremely thin so you hear everything your neighbors do. The pictures are very misleading. We also had a negative experience with the management. Would not recommend this place.

Great apartments. Never had a problem with them or the management... BUT, I also pay my bills on time and don't make problems for the management or fellow residents. So if you pay your bills and your not a credit RAT. You'll like it here. Absolutely wonderful and quiet place

Our lives have changed throughout the years we've lived here. We've lived here during the construction of Riverfront Apartments inception. Ben and Kendalyn are an amazing team to help you find your home sweet home. They have helped me feel at ease and peace during changes in my life that were sudden. The maintenance team Michael and Russell who I've worked with for some time are quick to repair or replace appliances depending on my specific repair needs. This is a team that Cares about customer service and the people that live here. If you take a trip to view a potential residence please look at their mission statement in the lobby area near the offices.... I can firmly say this rings true for this team. I highly recommend Riverfront Apartments to anyone looking for housing needs. They are extremely professional, kind and bring a level of fun with monthly social activities to bring the community closer together. You will not find a better place to call home!
