        Poor customer service. Provided billing information to staff to pay for renters insurance. Received $10 autopay discount even though I paid yearly amount in full. A year later received a bill for $20 stating the autopay discount fell off even though they had my payment information. Did not answer follow up emails so changed agencies

      We're so sorry you had this experience. I see our office had some email conversations with you explaining how to confirm your discounts when you asked about this last year. The issue seemed to be resolved on 05/10/2022 when we received your email saying "...Got it figured out. Thank you." Fast forward to a few days ago...at your request we started looking into this again to find a way of resolving this to your satisfaction. So far, we haven't found anything showing your son's renter's policy discounts were confirmed via an online account. We're sorry this was not resolved in the time you allowed. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding. As always, we wish you continued success in all you do. Thank you so much for everything.
