Alan is the man! He's been my Agent/friend for 5+ years. He has always answered all my questions about insurance and has been very helpful. Especially during an accident. I was glad I had him on my side and you will be too. Don't cheap around for coverage, Alan works hard and will educate you about the insurance that's best for you. I recommend him to all my Friends.

I recently filed a claim on my Farmer's Homeowner policy. My initial contact was by phone to the Alan Diaz-Sandoval agency. My contact was Robynne Burgess Pearce. She informed me of the process and offered to assist. Once I gathered the documents needed, I visited Robynne at her office and she initiated the call for the claim. She scanned the documents and made them available to me if needed. Within 24 hours I had been contacted by a claims adjuster and the process began. It was very smooth and professional. I provided the adjuster the documents via email. Within 2 business days the adjuster had informed me that the claim would be paid and provided a breakdown of the payout. Within minutes I received an email with instructions for receiving direct deposit from Farmers Insurance with a promise that the funds would be transferred within 3 business days. I don't have a lot of experience with insurance claims but this is by far the most efficient and professional interaction I've ever had. I sing high praises for Farmers Insurance and the Alan Diaz-Sandoval Agency.
