      image The cashier and manager refused to make the chicken well done. Restaurant was half full with no one in line, so I can't see a reason why they wouldn't. Even if the restaurant was full, does this location just not make food to order based on what's convenient for them?

      Josh-Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry we did not accommodate this request. A few months ago CFA decided to remove specials like well-done from our menus. Part is capacity constraints (as you allude to above), part is recipe, the other is consistency setting expectations as some stores made accommodation while others did not. This is still an area being debated so your feedback is valuable and appreciated. Historically we have always tried to accommodate the guest and their preferences when time and capacity allowed.

      image Its hard to not leave a good review here because the food is so good, decently priced and the services is so fast. But, the last 3 times I have been here they have forgot something in my order. I come to chick fil a because they usually are so good about getting my order right unlike most other fast food restaurants.
