        We don't eat out often, but came here for my 5 year olds birthday last week and another this week. The pop machines were extremely dirty last week, the play area floor is really dirty. The guy cashier last week was super kind, this week she was very impatient and grabbed her manager to help me because she didn't want to deal with me again. Worst of it all I left having major food poisoning symptoms after eating the McRib.

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst Mcdonalds in the history of Mcdonalds. They have the worst customer service. One night we waited to order at 11:30 PM and never ordered, there were 6 cars behind us and no was able to order. I drove up to the window and they were counting their tills like they were closed. I left early because I wanted to make it and still was unable to order. Mean while I go to the one on bluff street with 20 people in line and I still waited less time. After three months I decided to give it a try again. Everyone is rude, and they always forget something. This time it was my fries.
