        Alliance was the management company of the townhomes I moved into in 2020. The owner (Im assuming) switched companies for a while but THANKFULLY brought Alliance back! Im very grateful they are managing again. Great customer service and they actually enforce the rules that are set up for the community.

        It's a shady company to deal with. They turned the application process into a secondary source of revenue for themselves. They take your money even when they have approved someone's application without letting you know beforehand so that they can keep your application fee that is fifty dollars.

      We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. We strive to provide transparent and fair processes for all of our customers. Upon review, our staff did follow policy in processing the applications as they are received, however we understand that you were frustrated that multiple applicants applied for this property and that you were not notified of this before you applied. We agree that this information should have been provided to you, if you called inquiring about the property, and as such, an application fee refund has already been issued to you as you have already been informed.
