Parc Ridge Apartments

My husband and I lived at park ridge for about a year and a half and loved it! We finished moving out last night and we were sad to go! The apartments were nice and modern/had great finishings and the property managers were always super nice! Anytime we had an issue or a question, they responded to our emails or phone calls within minutes (unless it was at night or a weekend, then they responded first thing the following morning). Anytime we submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance guys were there super quickly to fix our issue and were always super nice and knowledgeable. The only reason we moved was because we wanted an attached two car garage which parc ridge doesnt offer and to be closer to work. We actually relocated to another Wasatch property and the staff at parc ridge figured everything out for us and didnt penalize us for ending our lease early! The only issues we had were with some of the other tenants that didnt follow the clearly defined rules (which were honestly common sense and not hard to follow like only letting residents park on property and guests needed to park on the street). Maddie was always really nice and willing to listen to my concerns and was very motivated to keep her property nice for the residents! With every problem that arose, Maddie and her team were quick to try and fix the issues such as creating a different parking system where cars would be towed if not registered as a resident which helped so much! The issues I listed are very minor compared to how much we loved living here and we would 100% live here again. The park across the street was also super nice. Our dog loves to have a frisbee thrown for her so we walked over there often. Parc ridge also had an amazon locker hub, nice gym that was rarely even busy, and a pet spa! We loved the pet spa and were actually sad our new place doesnt have one! The property was always well kept and looked nice. We loved our balcony as well and were sad our new place doesnt have one. Our balcony faced south so it was nice and quiet most of the time! For anyone looking for a new place to live, parc ridge is a great option you wont regret looking into!

Excellent place to live, a lot of peace and tranquility. Very good attention from the Parc Ridge workers.

Just moved in and had a great experience thanks to Madilyn and Justin. They were both nice and welcoming, answering all my questions and concerns. Maddy helped me the most and was able to get me into the apartment I wanted in the time frame necessary. Apartment was very clean upon moving in and love the home automation. Property is well lit and seems to be very well maintained.
