Legacy Springs

I was reluctant from moving from a house to an apartment but I'm glad I did because I've had a great experience here. It was also very important for me that my children and I feel safe in our home and we definitely do. My neighbors are kind and friendly. My apartment has a nice floor plan and it's spacious. The view from my balcony is gorgeous, I have a decent view of the mountain range. The management team is amazing, I cant say enough about them. Management is very serious about making sure quiet hours are enforced which I highly appreciate. I also love the year round hot tub, it's fantastic! The maintenance team is quick and efficient. Yard maintenance keeps the area beautiful. I even see hired help to pick up any trash laying around and making sure salt is spread on the ground early mornings on snow days. The only thing I can see that may be an issue is the parking availability, but I know that is currently being addressed by management as I write this review. 10 stars if I could and I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Springs Apartments if you are looking for a nice, safe, peaceful, community to live in. My kids and I are happy here.

Parking is horrible. Management doesn't do anything to help. They just put their hands up. We got towed for parking in a loading zone where EVERYONE parks. There are people parked there right now. If you come home after 6 pm, good luck. If you park out in the street you also get towed. If I could give a 0 I would. I included a photo of where we parked- there are literal cars parked there all the time. They don't care to help the next people by putting up a sign. Predatory Towing, preditory management company. They probably get a cut of the fee. The one time we park there in the year and a half we have lived here- we get towed. Posting this for other residents so they don't get burned the same way.

Terrible parking situation, no help or sympathy from management. It is nearly impossible to find a parking spot after 7pm. They partner with a predatory towing company and don't even give you a warning. I parked in a 2 space white lined section that cars always park in every single day because there is no parking and management has allowed it. But the one time I park there, I get towed overnight and have to pay $341 to get my car back, and get absolutely no help from management even though they are complicit and do not enforce parking regulations or have any signs. What a joke. Be careful.

This place is amazing! I am so glad that we were able to find this place for our little family to live. With the cost of living going up it is nice to be able to find affordable housing that meets all our needs. There are storage on the balconies which is a huge plus.
