I'd like to comment on the Chat service at Smarty which I've used a number of times. I'm very pleased with the way Smarty supports customers via Chat. First, when I need help and utilize chat, I never have to chat with a machine who's ability is so general, it's almost always useless. Secondly, when I open a chat session with Smarty, the HUMAN chat assistant is always there almost instantly to assist me. This is a great time saver and causes me to feel respected by Smarty. Other companies that utilize chat for support really need to emulate what Smarty is doing because they're doing it right. Thank you Smarty. Been using Smarty for about a year, and gotta say, its great. You give them addresses, they find those addresses, bada bing bada boom. How do they do it? Sorry bud, that info is proprietary. All you gotta worry about is that they do it, and they do it well. Super cool, and fantastic support.
