Hoping and Praying for a Positive outcome after utilizing services of 'Solo Suit.' As I am being sued by a Debt Collector who is NOT the original Debt Buyer and/or Debt Collector I previously made a payment to. I got sick from 'Covid19' and 'Covid19 Pneumonia' 'Dehydration' and 'UTI.' And @ this time I am actually still trying to heal, and suffering after effects of the Virus (so to speak) so I am Thankful for 'Solo Suit.' I believe a Debt Collector bought my balance due for mere pennies on the dollar. My account was not 180 days late. They never sent me notification within 5 days after debt was "charged off" to let me know new owner of debt balance. Which would be a Violation of 'FDCPA.' They have hundred's of dollars in fee's including subprime fee's included in an unjust balance.
